How to Reach Chail

Shimla is the nearest airport approx a distance of 63 km. Taxis are easily available at Shimla airport to reach Chail. Delhi is the nearest international airport at a distance of 382 km. Delhi has great connectivity with most of the major international and domestic cities by air. 

By TRAIN

Shimla which is 63km away from Chail is connected by a narrow line with Kalka which is approx. 86km away and is connected with the major cities of India. The toy train journey from Kalka to Shimla is pleasing and passes through 107 tunnels and several arched bridges. The duration of the journey is around 6-7 hours approx. The frequency of trains that move from Kalka to Shimla is very good, with at least 4 trains plying to and fro from Shimla daily. Taxis are easily available from Kalka and Shimla to reach Chail.

By ROAD

It is well connected by road to most of the nearest regions of Himachal Pradesh. State bus services connect Shimla, Narkhanda, and Rampur to Chail.
